Fastly Approaching

In a year I will be married.
I don't know if it just hasn't hit me yet or I'm just being too calm and laid back about this.
I'm working hard to get down in size for when I get my wedding dress.
We've planned a huge chunk of our wedding so far and everything is coming along nicely!
I am so thrilled and can't wait, now if we could win the lottery to have more money haha.

The fun has just begun!

Hubby & I decided to attend the Today's Bride show a few months ago and I don't know if I would've went if I didn't have free admission tickets. I'm so glad hubby agreed to go, I think it was just as nerve racking for him as it was for me. At the time of attending we knew some things on what we wanted as far as the date is concerned. The date we wanted was June 15th 2013. Eric knew who he wanted as his best man and in our bridal party. I on the hand hadn't made this tough decision but since then I've chosen my best friend steph as my MOH! Were looking to invite roughly 120 or so (less is more :D )
We always knew our theme would be teal, beachy and Dreamy.
We would love to get married in Savannah,GA but it would make things difficult and more costly for everyone so in fairness we'll bring a little piece of Savannah into the wedding. We have an idea on colors, favors, invitation, theme music, among other small details. The hard part was picking a location to get married at and have the party! Hubby's family is from Tiffin and mine are from Cleveland. We decided to pick a location somewhere in the middle to make traveling easier! The Catawba Island Club is where we'll wed outside by the waterfront and celebrate under a big white tent! We knew we wanted to be married outside near some body of water. We live near Lake Erie and hubby and I are both Cancers and are naturally drawn to water. In the early stages of our growing relationship Lake Erie has always been the center of it all, so it will be perfect.
I feel better laying my thoughts down and I can't wait to continue further with the planning. I just hope my anxiety doesn't get the best me.That's the best thing about my hubby Eric, he knows how to snap me back into reality and put back down on the earths ground...gently but also with great reasoning. He's my rock, my shoulder, my everything. I can't wait to marry my best friend!
